    any combo of LPG, LPK, LPF you can come up with. Prefer more recent batches of fruited, older batches of geuze but age not a deal breaker. Ratios depend on vintage and fruit. Both my bottles were purchased at TG and stored perfectly since.

    Lou Pepe beers are absolutely delicious. And with your big bottles, this should close without problems in a short amount of time. If you can get a Lou Pepe Framboise 2008, you won't regret it (in my opinion, the best fruited lambic). Good luck, OP.

    With the right bottles, like OP has, it makes it a lot easier.
