FT: Coolship Bardus ISO: List

I have a colleague who owes me a favour. He'll be getting me 2 bottles of Allagash Coolship Bardus in exchange for an expensive favour I did for him.

On my profile page, I have a list of top wants. While I'm skeptical that Bardus can really pull what some people have been saying it can, I'll put my chips down, and consider trading it.

Many of my main interests are what I have listed on my profile page. I am open to plenty of others as well. Midwest wild ales and stouts, California wild ales and stouts. Cantillon, prior Side Project releases, Mother of All Storms, Duck Duck Gooze, de Garde.

I have about 50 interests that are in BA's Top Rated 250, as well. My primary interest is in barrel-aged stouts (the closer to zero adjuncts, the better) and wild ales. Anything from Side Project, Cantillon, 3F, SARA, de Garde, Casey, Lost Abbey, as well as big barrel-aged stouts etc.. Will likely be of greatest interest. I'm not looking for an "auction", I'm just hesitant to post a few of the specific wants, which is why I'm referencing my profile page and the Top 250. Hoping for an easy, friendly, relatively simple trade. Can expand a bit, but not much. I can also offer Second Dinner from Maine Beer Company, and possibly Swish from the next release. No drama. No criticism. If you aren't interested in trading, I'd prefer not to know. If you are interested, shoot me a message and we can talk!

I often forget that my spelling is relatively uncommon to most Americans. I didn't even realise my British-English spelling had been adopted by my phone. It's a force of habit, for reasons I can assure you are not interested in. I was born here in the states though, if you were curious about that. It's just an environmental thing I picked up a long time ago, and I guess I never shook the habit. It's been a long while since anyone has pointed that out. Now I'm going to be constantly aware and self conscious of it.

Offers I can't even believe just yet. Significantly more serious than I ever thought. I'm extremely hesitant to divulge that information right now, because I'm worried it could be misconstrued as trying to establish competition, but once I finalise everything and close the trade, I will post anonymous examples of some offers. If it's tearing you up, and you really want to know, and weren't interested in trading (or are, but still just really want to know), you're welcome to PM me, and I suppose it wouldn't do any harm to tell you.

 

I have gotten several (4 or 5) messages from people asking about this, so evidently I do not have a say in the matter. Once everything is all said, done, and closed, I will reveal what I closed for, so long as the traders in question don't object (to me revealing the beer, not them). Luckily, I have several open trades at the moment, so it should be easy for them to blend into the crowd if they want to.

You don't seriously beleive that this beer will see the light of day anywhere outside of the brewery, do you? Please let me know when Maman hits local MD stores too.
