FT: FiftyFifty Eclipse collections 2012-2019 ISO: listed

Hello BA folks -

I need to shrink the beer cellar of duplicates – ok, I have been told to shrink the duplicates in the beer cellar. Here are a few lots of FiftyFifty Eclipse releases for trade, many with the limited release & party bottles that you can only get when attending the Eclipse release party. These have been kept in a temperature controlled environment since I procured them. I have traded on other sites/venues, but not here on BA as of yet. Preference for D4D on locals and the following styles that I have not had before:
- Italian grape ale
- Kvass
- Koji/Ginjo
- Mumme
- Steinbier
- Sour - Smoothie/Pastry
- Zogol
- Table beer
- Biere de Garde/Biere de Mars
- Kristallweizen
- Eisbock/Free-distilled

And I always appreciate a good barrel aged stout or porter, malty rather than hoppy and not funky.

Reasonable arrangements can be made for meeting up/pickup/drop off in Northern California, keeping the appropriate pandemic precautions in mind (N95 or KN95 mask equivalent, keeping distance, etc).

Thank for the understanding. The desire for smaller selections was also why I trued to put together a handful of 1/2/3 bottle sets of my favorites for folks.

Those Pappy releases were before my time/involvement; though no surprise the dumpster fire that situation was. There have been similar issues, incidents, & lack of communications from 5050 that has me and friends of mine looking elsewhere for better beer & a better experience.

 

Sorry @BasWassenaar I'm not a big fan of lambics.

There is a thread here on BA @nmoe on how 5050 FUBARed the Pappy Masterpiece release with no limits. That was not the first time that 5050 dropped the ball and did not think through their actions (or lack thereof), and fans of the brewery got the short stick.

Funny enough, I just lucked out and scored a Cognac Masterpiece last month from a mass sale & raffle for the family of a gentleman who passed away due to a heart attack. Not the same as the pappy, but still a whale from 5050.

I have seen $35-$60 and up per bottle, depending on the vintage and rarity; as in those party bottles go for way more. As for scoring some zogol, that is why it is on my ISO.

 

Oh I scored the Cognac Masterpiece and a few other vintage 5050 from the sale; from the auction I won a couple of Cantillons. I'm wondering how I could trade those Cantillons for one of the other lots I really wanted. Sad to hear, happy to pay it forward and help his family in such a time.
