I am new to beer trading, not new to BA and delicious beer. I have a fresh bottle of Expo and a bottle of AleSmith Speedway Jamaican Coffee looking to trade. Problem is, I do not know where to start and how this process works (because I am new to trading, how I solidify myself as a person worthy of trading). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
From the quick look of your profile, I'm sure someone has contacted you already offering up stuff. Read up on trading here: http://alewatcher.blogspot.com/2010/11/new-trader-tips.html Then, read the BA rules for posting trades: Beer Trading Rules & Info Then post an ISO:FT in the Beer Trading forum: ISO:FT (Beer Only) List what you have in the FT section and put what you're looking for in the ISO section. Browse around the trade forum and see how people list. Be as specific in what you have and what you want as possible. As a first time trader, it is highly recommended that you trade with a veteran trader. Take a look at the prospective trade partner's profile, especially info under "Beer Trading Stats" section, check their reviews and watch out for traders with negative reviews. A veteran trader can help guide you through the process, shipping, packing, etc. and most likely will help you get a fair trade. Good luck!
