1. "Open to Offers" are plastered all over this trading forum & have been for quite a while 2. Just put it out there to see if anyone in the half of the country that doesn't get Bells, wanted to some.
The same update that allowed comments to return specifically stated that “auctions” were no longer forbidden and that the trade forums were moving in a more self-moderated direction. Not something that I personally condone or participate in but I thought we should be clear about the rules.
I'm just shocked that anyone would think that someone is "auctioning off" hopslam. It's in multiple states now. It's not limited. There's no reason it shouldn't go $4$. It should be obvious that OP is just open to "anything" and searching for "nothing in particular." -Especially if you check the trade forums frequently, you should notice that OP frequently posts Michigan brews with an ISO of "Open - stuff I can't get in Michigan."
Honestly, if the “trading police” are trying to throw me under the bus, I would think they’d be up to date on the trading rules and the addendums that have been made to them... I have had success with a couple trades of Hopslam, over the last week or so, and I figured I’d throw it out for trade again and see what bites I get. I’m in it to try different beers and enjoy good beers, just like everyone else that gets into this, I guess there are always those few that like to open their mouths to stir the pot....before they know facts. But I guess (to be the real deal) every trade post must include whales like VR, FO, MD, BBT, ANTEAD, Assasin, etc... Oh well, it is what it is and my Hopslam is still up for offers. I appreciate the support I’ve received. Cheers everyone.
I went to Bell's for the first time in months today, and I live 1 mile from there. Old Nation has kept me at home! Bell's General Store, like all the beer stores in town, are full of Whiskey Barrel Cherry Stout and Hopslam. Strange days.
