Seems like a great offer to me. I text a buddy of mine who has what you’re looking for. Hopefully he reaches out.

That’s a lot to give up for a Weller 12 year Barrel Proof in a neat bottle.. OP the beers you have are delicious, imo I’d say drink the elegant beers. (Unless you’re trying to condense, I do that all the time and I get it.)

If I didn’t have like a zillion fresh beers atm and still had an extra WL, I would’ve traded with you np.

    I hope you land it!

LMFAO, I guess Pappy 15 is just weller 12 aged a couple more years in a cool bottle too?

Am I wrong? (It's Weller aged 12.5 years, Barrel Proof, and in a neat bottle.)

OWA107 is the same as ORVW that didn't make the cut. So, you're almost correct. Your statement would be closer to correct if you said, I guess Pappy 15 is just a OWA107 aged 15 years in their top barrels. (However, it would be ORVW aged for 15 years.)

I did work in the industry for a little while  the tech industry pays better

Just making OP feel better if they don't land their ISO.

Hah. You're not 100% wrong but seeing how all of the products that bt makes come from 4 mash bills, barrel quality, storage and selection have more influence on the end product than the ingredients.

 BT has a great marketing team. You should see ppl at the BT distillery freaking out over Blanton's at the gift shop harassing the stock boy. "When does it come in? Tomorrow? Next week? Oh come on, are you holding out on me?" Really thinking about it I feel bad for that guy. I'm bringing him some croissants or donuts next time I visit haha.

    Side note:
If you ever have questions or have issues with BT contact Alan, he's a solid dude. He runs the customer service dept. Here's his email: [email protected] it's the same person who'd respond if you were to inquire for any assistance, but a direct email to save a few days wait time.

    Good luck OP, Cheers!

    It's hot take Tuesday!

I know OP loves his WLW and he is going WAY above and beyond the bourbon for beer tax IMO.
