This stunningly tasty Horus Aged Ales collab began with the barleywine base from our previous collab, 11th Hour, which we then aged in Bourbon barrels that had previously held maple syrup. After a 15-month stay the beer emerged with massively enjoyable flavors of maple, caramel, brown sugar, dark fruit, and rich, bourbony oak. It’s a pretty serious party, and it’s ridiculously good at 55 degrees. 875 bottles produced.
