FT: More Mehndi ISO: Maman

Is it trading that high? Haven't seen many actually being traded just sold. And that was in the $200-$250 range.

 

I don't either it's just what I've come across in Facebook groups. I have a 17 I was thinking about moving for mehndi so that's the main reason I was curious.

Yea why trade a beer you have and have had for a beer you haven't had and want to try. Crazy concept. God forbid some fucking fake value be off and get in the way of things.

 

There we go. I'm absolutely not shocked at all. Beer trading is all about people you don't know nor have ever met coming in to shit on your trade offers and tell you not to do it because of some stupid imaginary values, or trying to force you to add more to your offer. As if we aren't adults who can make our own decisions.

This is what beer trading is about nowadays. Other people trying to run the show and determine the outcome of trades they're not a part of. Isn't it just great? It's no longer about swapping beers to gegt to try cool new stuff. Really sucks.

 

To his credit, @rmpic82 based on past responses is more than likely choosing a side based on one being more tasty than the other. He's a nice guy and not a shit starter, flinger, or stirer. And so he's probably thinking, "But that is sooooo good. Don't do it!"

I understand that you (and others) have strong feelings, but you jumped the gun a little to shit on someone when they only said 3 words- because others jumped on his post too.

 

I agree with you on many posts, but just not in this case. His post brought no value here and only attempts to discourage trade based on his own opinion. More than anything, it further adds to the negative stereotype of St.Louis beer traders and aggressive trade value protection many perceive.

I see posts all day where my thought is ‘don’t do it’ but it’s not appropriate for me to chime in as to what should happen based on my my own personal opinion in a trade I have nothing to do with.

 

I’d defer to those who went to FoBAB. Cheers, all.

Poor odcardinal posted a trade offer in hopes of getting a beer that he wanted. And every time he sees a notification, instead of discussing the trade with a legitimately interested trader, he's met with "Duh, I think..." or "My unwanted opinion is..." or "I need to unnecessarily weigh in on this dog pile". Aside from everyone ****** each other with trade values, THIS is what's wrong with beer trading today. Every comment on this post has effectively killed any chance to close this trade. My suggestion to odcardinal would be to delete this post and repost. And my suggestion to everyone else would be to stay the f**k out of it and let this guy conduct his business and save your feelings and opinions for Facebook.
