I have a full 5-year vertical of Parabola (going back to 2010) that I'm looking to trade. I was curious what this might trade fairly for in terms of Bourbon County. I was hoping for a couple of Vanillas, but I wanted to check before embarrassing myself.
Just have to find the right person, if I had vanilla in quantity (which there will be people out there with, I promise, I had a case of Backyard last year) I'd do it in a heartbeat. The Parabola 11 is drinking soooooo nicely right now.
It's been pretty well-known these days that verticals don't trade for as much as they used to. Perhaps because of all the variety of new/different beers out there and tickers don't get as the same "credit" for old vintages as they do new beers. So, I think it would be more difficult than you'd think, to find something that's highly sought after with a Parabola vertical.
