Fun seasonal/year round aging.

    Even though I love good aged beers they are usually BA or rares, I always find it fun to try seasonal or years rounds that age well. Nov 4th Double Bastard is out which ages great. What else is there?

    I feel i'm missing out from fun/good beers by not aging some easily acquired ones.
