Wow. That was...wow. I agree with the sentiment above. Congrats Levi @FFGeuzeria!

Wow, really sold out. My wallet isn't too fond of me right now but very much looking forward to this.

6 per bottle per person. If everyone bought full allotments, that means ~150 people got beer.

How the hell is this already sold out? WTF, I sure hope everyone who bought tickets is able to go. Oh well I guess I can try and trade for a bottle...

Kinda shocking and,IMHO, unexpected. I thought that having to prepay w/o a refund option would slow it down a bit, but damn!

Levi's gonna need a bigger building

If someone can't go, can they transfer their tickets to me? Not likely to happen, but just wondering.

I really do think it'll need to be changed for next time. Either no proxies or smaller limits. I prefer the former (takes care of locals and forces everyone who wants a bottle to attend while still making the trek worthwhile). The latter would be okay, too, but I love to get as much of this stuff as possible.

To be clear, I'm not complaining, just saying that if this one was this bad, imagine what it'll be like next time after everyone tries these beers from this round. Also, Levi hasn't done a stone fruit lambic yet (at least not in wide release), so God help us all (and BPT servers) for next round if things don't change. Gotta plan for the future with evidence from the past.

I would eliminate the proxies. It's far too easy to abuse. I know that would hurt a lot of people in far flung places, but somethings gotta give.

Or Levi could get a bigger building.

Wow, can't believe these sold out so fast! That kind of scares me as someone who has been buying these bottles hassle free for a few years (i still have a bottle of scarlett letter and dweller that im sitting on!). I agree with the posters above that if changes are coming, get rid of the proxy/trustee option before lowering bottle limits! The days of leisurely strolling into oso and buying FFG bottles are over :-(

Wow and to think i only wanted 1 of each haha, figured it would only be 1-2 per

Wow. Obviously a huge thank you for the support and interest in our beers. The last round we had a limit of 12 for The Fox and the Grapes and it lasted 3+ weeks on BPT. I had no idea these would sell out so fast. Setting a lower bottle limit would have helped, but we had no idea it would go like this.

It looks like White Lodge Reserve actually sold out slightly before Frampaars, but there were 20 bottles less of that one.

I didn't get Rare this year. But I picked up a few tickets for this. Looking forward to it. Impressed that it sold out so quickly.

Out of curiosity, how will they fit so many people into the O'so tap house? It's not a big area.

That moment when you get messages from your proxies and remember there was something you were supposed to do today.

That was quicker than I imagined as well. I hope they don't rid of the proxies, but lowering the limits wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, after all, it would save all of our bank accounts at the end of the day. I have been relying on my buddy who is a reserve member to bring me the FF bottles for the last few years, he had me hooked from the start. Now I can finally stop bugging him to bring FF to NYC. Levi, what you're doing is incredible, and this is coming from a stout *****. Everything I have tried has been just outstanding, and left me wanting more. Thank you for allowing proxies so I can show people here just how incredible these beers are!

Looking back at last years pictures, seems like they open up the fermenter room/area to allow for more people.

Having grown up in the area, and now living on the west coast I am thankful for the proxies, but understand if that may need to change.

Would it have been just as easy for me to purchase the tickets in my Dadmules name? He's the one picking up the beers and does not want an allocation.

Anyone need a proxy? Planned on going to the event but got shut out of bottles. Will proxy if you let me buy a few bottles off you (1 of each) and I'll throw in some thank you beers
