Jester King pouring O&P which I've been told was amazing this year.

The Field Guide was just released. (tried to link to it but i guess that's not allowed?). See their Facebook page for the link.

@Dil_thebeerdrinking_do - Creature Comfort seems to be missing from the list. Are they still going to be there?

Anyone have any "don't miss" recommendations from the list?

Excited to see sara pouring bernice and west ashley, oxbow momoko is amazing and ww pouring three morte sounds like this will be dangerous. Any pointers on when lines, started for the shuttles last year?

I saw that too. Green man is also missing. I know that I'll be there and pouring for someone. My best guess is those left off the list sent in their submissions late. I know for a fact the CCBC crew is in town though.

Anyone know why SARA was a no show at the event? That was supremely disappointing.

Rare Barrel and Grimm did not disappoint. It was a great event, only tried 2 beers that did not agree with my taste buds.

Disappointed Sara was not there, but there was plenty of great beer. Highlights for me: Jester King O&P and Fonta Flora Razzmatazz v.1. Great event despite the mud.

Loved Haw River's Darius the Giant, Lost Abbey's Frambois Amorosa and Natty Greene's Eend Saus. By the way, props to Natty Greene's for brewing a sour with Durian fruit. That takes some balls because that stuff is almost putrid, but I admire anyone willing to take the risk of using it since it's so rare. The surprise of the night came from Wrecking Bar out of Atlanta with their Flan-diddly-anders Flanders Red. Might have been the best beer I tasted all night and I'd never really heard of them before. Overall, a great time despite the mud.

If they plan to do this event annually I would recommend them just pave that area. The mud was kind of an issue.

THIS! First time volunteer and, even with the mud, I had a blast!

Lucky Cloud from Grimm was my best surprise beer. Hazy NE IPA meets a tart citrus American wild Ale. Amazing beer.

Really impressed with the sheer amount of amazing beer WW brought. They we're still pouring Red Angel at around 10pm.

Same for Rare Barrel. They lasted longer than I thought they would.

I got damn near drunk during the VIP hour.

This is the third year of the event. It is set up to be annual. The first year was at the Funketorium, last two years at their normal big brewery. Next year it will be at their new Sour Beer Brewery, out by the airport.

Yeah bruh..I know the history . I know. I'm just saying. Their covered places for the Brewers is nice and established. I get expansion and popularity. I just saw many folks abandon their shoes and walk in the muck. It was bad, and off putting. They can do better. I was only pointing out a suggestion that many folks feel the same.

Rare Barrell Ensorcelled probably won the night for me. But there were so many great beers.

The mud was bad. My shoes were completely ruined. The weather isn't controllable but the environment is. They should have moved it to the parking lot. Oh well, it was still awesome. I look forward to next year.
