Funkwerks: Saison or Tropic King?

    Pick your poison.

    I have long been on the Saison bandwagon, and it remains my choice, but lately Tropic King has really been hitting the spot.

    Yeah I definitely think the regular saison is spot on and I would choose it over Tropic King any day.

    While I enjoy Tropic King, their normal Saison is a favorite of mine.

    I'm actually more of a Funkwerks White guy, but if I go saison, it's the Saison, maybe Tropic King on tap occassionaly

    BTW Tropic King was on tap on Sunday in a place I didn't expect to see it--TAG Burger Bar at 12th and Madison, along with (can't remember precisely) 11 or 13 other craft taps. The other REAL surprise (perhaps I've "buried the lede" as they say in the newspaper biz) was RR Supplication...
