We recently got FB Hop Gun and Hefe here and I for the life of me cannot find any kind of bottle date or date code on the bottle or packaging. I am sure they are all fresh as they just arrived here but I was wondering for future reference. Does FB not date their bottles or am I missing something?
I don't think they bottle stamp them, which is a shame. Maybe they will as they continue bottle distribution. Their large format bottles (last snow and maple bacon) don't have dates on them either. Sorry
Anything that you're getting is extremely fresh as the bottling line itself is less than 2 months old....additionally I know they are having trouble keeping beer on the shelf in most stores..so anything you find is going to be bottled very recently. With all that said they did just get the date printer within the past week or so and bottle dates should be appearing shortly.
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but about 6 months ago FB started hitting the panhandle but I still cannot find a date. Any ideas?
Can be hard to see at times especially when still full but it's usually on the neck right above the main label....
