Heading down to South FL later this week and would love to pick some of this up to bring back north with me as this beer really intrigues me. Is it available in bottles yet? I saw on FB website that it would be available in bottles in April but I don't see anyone talking about it. Any info on availability in the Lauderdale/Plantation/Sunrise area would be much appreciated.

Draft only that I've seen, brother. When are you making a trip to the Orlando area?

and in my personal opinion, more moro of late is super skunky. had it at a few places and was disappointed each time.

That's because they changed the IPA recipe. It was much, much better when it was based on the old Hop Gun Classic.
But, yes, I agree with you on that.

yeah I think you had mentioned that to me before actually haha. but it just doesn't work that well with the new Hop Gun.

Even it's in small batches, it would be nice to have Hop Gun Classic back again every now and then.

Love the packaging. FB has been really solid in that department as of late.

Also says will be at major retailers and in the tap room Wednesday at noon. Will be calling my local Total Wines wednesday. My guess is Total Wine will limit it to one four pack per person unless they are getting crazy supply.

Anxious to try it in bottles, my draft taste buds have said something seems different than the original version I had on draft som etime back but nice to see offerings like this available in bottle (and their packaging department is killing it!)

It seems like a totally different beer as of late. In the past year or so and even on MBCP day this year it was so juicy and citrus packed it seemed almost as much juice as it was beer. I couldn't get enough of it on MBCP day and used the majority of my tickets on it. Three months later, Easter weekend, I got a crowler on tap from Mendez and a glass at a Brass Tap and it tasted and looked like a totally different beer from MBCP day. Much of the "juiciness" was gone and what had been an opaque beer was now translucent. Still a good beer, but I enjoyed the previous version much more.

I had really hoped that the More Moro in bottles isn't the same batch that has been floating around bars and restaurants lately in FL...that batch was pretty awful imo...like a band-aid sliced an orange peal in half....they (the brewery) confirmed on Facebook today that its a new recipe and it will be a new batch in bottles and not the one that has been on draft recently. I LOVED this beer last year and was upset that they changed it up...but if the brewery did everything just to please me, they would've added Sirracha to No Crusts months ago....oh well.

Agree with all the above. Had it on tap in Brandon and thought it was ehhh.... and I wasn't the only person to come to that conclusion. No citrus or hops at all. Lots of clove chewing gum instead, which I love just not in a beer. Never had any earlier versions but this one was a total let down.

The difference in staste is due to the fact, at least in part, that they are using the New Hop Gun for the base.
(Here I go again) Bring back Hop Gun Classic!!!
Of course since they use fresh fruit to make it, the crop varies from year to year and the location from where the fruit was purchased from.
    IMO

You know, I suspected as much, but the hours of operation at the Boca location are not convenient for me.
Thanks for the heads up, though!

I tried it again last night on draft to make sure it wasn't just me, damn I wish they'd have bottled the old recipe, was so delicious.

New Hop Gun is way better than old Hop Gun, imo. I doubt that the change in the base beer is what made the recent More Moro batch taste muddled and phenolic.
