    How about a moonshine barrel aged stout.

    I recently had Trinity Red Swingline, which is called a sour IPA.

    The stout is aged in moonshine barrels. Not moonshine aged barrels. Isn't English fun?

    I really wish someone would make a bacon maple flavored smoked beer.
    or a chocolate, peanut butter, and banana flavored ale.

    moonshine would have to be aged in a barrel for there to be a moonshine barrel.

    That's the point. Moonshine isn't aged in barrels.

    I love me some hoppy saisons.
    Using rye in just about any style almost always interests me.
    Mmm.. Farmhouse black rye ipa...

    I would like the breweries make their regular beers at a high level, consistently, before they start screwing around with making Prius beers.

    Would sucaba be belgian barley wine? They use belgian yeasts for it.

    Moonshine is clear because it never goes into a wood barrel. The wood turns it brown. Moonshine + barrel = whiskey.

    hmmm. I've never seen one so I went ahead and made one, currently in secondary on glass with a 1 oz. whiskey stave.

    Sour sweet Stout with hints of jasmin
    Oatmeal free oatmeal stout


    And most of all, but probably most improbable, a strong scottish ale with no fucking peat smoked malt.
