Not sure on the exact pricing. All plates will be under $6 and you can choose to do beer only, food only or both. The beers will be around $7, but obviously well worth it(these beers will not be a part of our weekly $3.50 special). I am super stoked about this event! Thanks for spreading the word and hope you can make it!
Final menu!!! FV13- Lamb lollipops on a bed of polenta with a sour cherry sauce. Two ribs of lamb pan seared and then roasted to medium. $8 Golden Brett- aged Gouda with a caramelized onion jam. This will be a with a 1 oz portion of the onion jam. $4 Midnight Brett- Maytag blue cheese with a local tupelo honey (cloister honey) . $4 James Bean- Ancho and coffee rubbed pork tenderloin served on a base of garlic mash and sauced with a James Bean mustard cream sauce (ancho pepper from Savory spice shop). $6
