Anyone come across Double DBA or regular DBA yet in the western burbs? I saw that it made it to the city.

Supposedly they are expecting it anytime in the western burbs. I talked to an owner on Saturday and he said it could be early this week...

Really??? Wookey Jack still hasn't hit shelves and that came out 3 months ago. Almost every special release from FW takes 2 months or more before it gets to Chicago. DDBA just came out in CA, right?

I think the release in CA was July 15

That's what I heard about the DDBA... Lakeview Liquors in Chicago said they were going to get Wookey

Just talked to FSW. Double DBA is in stock at the distributor (Chicago Beverage Systems), so in theory it will start hitting this week.

Wookey Jack is slated to come in on the mid August load, so expect that late August/Early September.

As always, thanks for the info. Will we also be seeing regular DBA this week?

Regular DBA is still not distributed here. FSW is nervous because it's a fragile beer (110 day code date) I keep telling them i'll buy it a pallet at a time and it'll move. Email them and request it!

Stone code dates are 90 days and I've never had any of their beer go out of code - not even Ruination or Oaked AB sixers. Of course, in Lake County we can't even get Union Jack, so I'd settle for that first.
