    Nice to meet you, poopinmybutt! I preferred '11 BCBS to '07 when I tasted them side-by-side a few months ago.

    As for Parabola, I found 2011 to be pretty smooth fresh so there's not much to "mellow" with time. This could be why people prefer it fresh.
