Sucaba was officially released today at the brewery. Anyone have any insight as to when this will hit NYC? I asked Ted at Top Hops but he didn't know when he'd be receiving it, if at all - apparently he never got any FW XVI despite promises from his distributor. If anyone sees it around please post here. My favorite beer.
Didn't see any today, It should hit soon. I'll keep you posted when I see it. One of my favorites also.
If anyone sees it and wants to pick me up a bottle, I'll throw you the cash and maybe something from my cellar.
Most of these releases take just near forever to get here. Took a few months before the anniversary hit out here after release.
Good Beer is expecting it next week. They told me yesterday that it still hasn't hit distributors in NYC.
Sucaba has landed in Brooklyn. Got a bottle for $19 (no tax) at my local bottle shop. Should be hitting the city soon, I suppose, possibly for a buck or two cheaper.
I'm more shocked than anyone but this actually dropped in Westchester last week (Thursday, 28th) and if it's not in the city yet they're crazy.
Found one in the city today for $20. Was in buying something else and he offered it up randomly. Was not on the shelf.
Top Hops tweeted last night that it had come in, but that they didn't expect it to last long. Don't know what the price was.
