I've had this beer a few times. It's one of the few Berliner Weissbiers I've had. My question is, why aren't more sour beer enthusiasts- or just more people in general- talking about/seeking out this beer? I thought it was incredible, and, different styles aside, I'd rather drink one of these over most sours I've had. I realize that people have different palates, tastes, etc., but besides that, are there other reasons people don't talk about this beer? Is just relatively unknown?
I absolutely agree with you. I think it's an amazing Berliner-Weiss. I wish I had better access to it. I'd drink it all the time. I feel the same way about Petrus Aged Pale Ale. Two very underrated beers that I'd like in my fridge at all times!
