Just grabbed some. Still 200+ bombers left for you all just getting off work...

They gave me a half ounce shot at the cooler for free. Now that's classy! I determined it tasted like Galaxy hops and I love Galaxy hops. I quickly paid for four bombers and made a bee line home to drink at least two of them. Very good beer!

I could have bought six bombers and sent mules, but I'm not greedy. I think a two bottle limit would have been appropriate for this release. It still would have sold out very quickly.

Yay Half Acre! Way to sell your limited release beer to people who don't have 9-5 jobs on a Tuesday. :grinning:

Traffic in the city is effing ridiculous and to come home empty handed after being tortured in traffic must have really chaffed your bum.

It definitely sucked driving through traffic for two hours to see people in line holding the last bottles, but that's how life goes...

What gets me is that they've done this enough times to know how quickly this would sell out. A six bottle limit was a poor choice that they should've known not to do.

They announced the release day and time a week ago. Plenty of us with 9-5 jobs planned accordingly.

So you took a day off work to buy beer or sent a mule. Congratulations!

I agree. I bought less than six to save some for you and that didn't even work. This is a travesty! I won't buy another Half Acre product until they get their act together. Standard Daisy cutter and Gossamer can rot on the shelf.

Why would I shed a tear when I purchased four bombers of Galactic and didn't have to give blood to pay for them?

I saw many Girlfriends there buying beer at Noon. On the phone on the way out saying "yes i got your beer, you owe me." You could have mad arrangements, if you really wanted it

Did anyone else notice that the bottles have the abv listed as 6.5% as opposed to 8%. Can anyone confirm if this is a mistake?
