Galaxy hopped brews?

    Came here to say this, solid brew, white ipa single hopped with galaxy, and brett as well.

    Yazoo Brewing has an IPA out with Galaxy right now.

    A brewery in Indianapolis brewed a pale ale called Walkabout Pale Ale that is really good.

    I'm interested to see other peoples ideas. I brewed a Galaxy single hop Pale Ale and I thought it turned out amazing.

    Hill Farmstead's Galaxy is what turned me on to the hop, and I believe Stone's 15th Anniversary beer used it as well (along with a bunch of my other favorite hop varietals.

    Now I've got a Nelson Sauvin/Galaxy imperial IPA that's just finishing carbing in bottles and a Galaxy hopped tripel that's undergoing primary fermentation.
