Tjroar, I have a good extract kinda red/ pale ale recipe me and my dad do quite often. Last one I made I used galaxy and mosaic for late additions and it turned out really good. One of the best beers I've made. Let me know if your interested and I'll pull out the recipe. Cheers.

Beer is bottled and carbonated! It came in just under 5% and I was able to bottle 5 gallons. I put in a little too much water at the start but I did like actually getting a 5 gallon bottling amount.

The beer has a night light hazy color (trying to get a good picture still) and has a night grapefruit like aroma. The flavor is pretty juicy and the beer is very drinkable. Some of my friends are saying it is like drinking a hoppy grapefruit juice. I am really happy with it and thanks for all the help.

In the future I think I might dial back the amount of dry wheat malt extract and might try steeping some oats to add body. But that is a while out.

    Cheers!
