    Simple Galaxy from Sante Adairius is one of, if not my favorite. Only problem is it does not get brewed often. :slight_frown:

    Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA does a single hop "Showers" series and Galaxy Showers is one of the best they brew

    I think there's more than one kind of hop in it, but I've really been enjoying Point's Galaxy IPA lately. By the way, how is Southern Hemisphere made? I'm assuming Galaxy is in there somewhere.

    Thumbs up on galaxy beers I've had recently, albeit they were from Hill, Other Half and Trillium but I loved each one of them. Give it a whirl!!

    I believe Revolution Galaxy-Hero and Rhinegeist Andromeda would both qualify. And both are excellent.

    I think the real question is whether anyone has had a single Warrior hopped beer? I know it's a bittering hop but has anyone be brave enough to brew something with it.

    I feel like Galaxy was a silly question because a quick search on the top-250 list would yield a few hits.

    Sorry to waste your time by being "silly". Feel free to bypass the rest of my reply.

    I was asked a question by professional brewer, who hadn't had much exposure to the hop. And, neither have I. Sorry for being weak in your eyes. Yet, another brewery in town presented him with a enough of those hops to brew on a 17 bbl system. What size system do you brew on, and how many bbls a year do you produce? I apologize for not having your level of knowledge, and I'm especially sorry that I wasted your precious time.

    BTW, the first thing I did was search "Galaxy smash" on the search field here. Thus, this sentence in my OP: "I looked up Galaxy SMASH beers here, there were a few, but not many that were reviewed."

    I also feel sorry that you are stuck in Noo Yurc Shitty.

    re: thread, steady habit in CT makes a great all galaxy beer.

    like mosaic, i tend to feel that galaxy wants something like columbus or chinook to give it some heft. just my opinion.

    Noo Yurc Shitty...I like it. It doesn't make any sense but I like it.

    You'll probably quote me as being a big city elitist (which I am) but the beer scene in NYC right now is actually incredible. Several great breweries making top tier beers and it's been a hot spot for new distribution for breweries because it's such a big hungry market. I'll think of you the next time I open a Captains Daughter, Ninja vs. Unicorn or Daisy Cutter. And don't ask me to trade for the soon to be released 'Make in Rain' collab between Other Half and Barrier.

    Good luck with your trailblazing Galaxy hopped beers. You're a visionary.

    I don't think it was mentioned yet, but Long Trail does a great SMaSH with Galaxy &, I think, pils malt. One of the best I've had from Long Trail.

    Eudora's Far Far Away is (AFAIK) all Galaxy. It's a fantastic pale ale.

    HF double galaxy and lost nation lost galaxy are both bomb in my opinion. obviously two very different beers but both showcase the galaxy hops quite nicely

    Yup, galaxy with Columbus used as well (I think mostly in the bittering).
