Gales Prize Old Ale brewed again

    It was brewed a couple of days ago at Marble for the first time since 2008. So either this time next year or the year after we might see it again :slight_smile: They also used cultures form the last batch brewed at Gales, which is apparently still in tanks at Fullers. So I guess it's a smaller batch than could have been brewed at Fullers

    Hope it is bottle conditioned with the primary yeast, would be a great yeast to capture.

    I was given the low down as to why the Burton snatch has all but disappeared. Apparently the practice of letting a dog swim about in the fermenting vessels had been highlighted by PETA activists and the ensuing outcry has been bad for business so....
