    I'm not too big on Belgian brews, in general, but yet I have brewed quite a few wits and saisons which all turned out delicious. I love IPA's and Imperial Stouts, but have yet to brew one of those up.

    Going to London and spending a few days made me appreciate English styles, along with their characteristic versions of hops and yeasts, a lot more. I now love Real Ale.
