I've been waiting patiently since 4/11 for another opportunity to buy GB in the Albany area. With the brewery increasing it's capacity I thought I'd see some by now. Is it that GB wild popularity has out distanced it's capacity again?
Rarely can be found on shelves here. I wouldn't complain too much if I were you though, IST can still be found on shelves up there...
From what I've heard they have more capacity but need a bigger mash tun to really start cranking out beer. And I think you're right about Gandhi gaining popularity In ct as well, even sea hag is starting to get dropped in stacks in some stores to keep up with demand.
I live in Stamford, CT and I still have to know the secret password to get it locally. They don't even put it on shelves. Hoping it is easier to get soon.
I'm less than 15 mins away from NEBCO here in Shelton and its the same thing as Braphtimus said, it doesn't even go on the shelf. And you have to be a regular at the store to buy it in most cases. And then there's annoying 'ol 1 four pack limit too...
I've only been by there a couple times, and neither time they had it. Both times I was on the way to the brewery so I wasn't disappointed, just thought I might be able to go home with a little extra. Do they have any limit there, or if you are there at the right time, can you walk out with a case?
