    I've picked up a number of bottles of this and wonder how well a Baltic porter that has been bourbon barrel aged already would hold up for another year. Has anyone else considered aging this one?

    I actually bought more just to age. I thought it had a lot of alcohol heat to it and hope that settles down with age.

    It tastes pretty great right now, but will definitely benefit from a bit of age. Give it a year or so.
