possibly incorrect information, it might be an offering from Goat Head Brewing. Aged in Makers Mark Bourbon barrel. Will have to wait until the container is opened.

Hmm, I doubt there'll be many. It's hard enough finding it in Japan.

Somewhat disappointed by the lack of newer big names like Buxton or Brodies on that list, but then I remembered that this is happening over the same weekend. Curious as to whether there's an antagonistic reason for the clash, or if the London Craft Beer Festival is just taking advantage of people coming to town for the GBBF.

Not too much of a clash.
I'd never touch the GBBF on a Friday (office parties and general Fri pm piss heads) or the Saturday (last knockings) anyway.
More tagging an event onto the end of another when there is likely to be a big beer crowd in town.
The London Craft Beer festival is unlikely to be of any real interest to myself as I doubt there will be many (if any?) beers there that one couldn't ordinarily pick up at the Craft chain of pubs or the the Euston Tap.

Maybe that's the reason for the date! Tiny Rebel and Fire Island in Cardiff did a similar thing on the last evening of the GWBCF, so the people there for the beer could actually get some decent stuff, even if they couldn't get there on the first day.

Even if I was around though, I think £35 per session would put me off.

The £35 a head would sit OK with me IF ... big IF ... it was largely one off festival specials with a good covering of DIPA's, RIS's, BW's etc.

However I bet there'll be few if any one off's - like I said, most of what is on offer I reckon I could pick up in a handful of bars over a 3/4 month period.

A great number of the breweries involved brew those styles, so I imagine the "more than five pints of beer" for £35 would cover such.
That said, I won't be attending -- just couldn't be arsed.

Bad news, the Caledonian Brewery is sending their goddamn pipe band.

Worse than that, they are sending their beer too.

Cool list (like really jizz-tastically cool) but whoever wrote it up really needs to take more time with the spelling. Struisse, geuze (also, which Girardin "geuze" is it?), Ros, Oebier, Fouo foune, Urige, weissbeir, Sahotea S

Great jiggly tits of Jupiter! That list is outrageous. I'm surprised there's no De Molen but that's about the only disappointment.
Looking forward to having Tipopils on draft.

Actually, there's a few beers listed as being bottles, but which I didn't think existed in bottle form (e.g. Girardin lambic). Is that a mistake or am I completely wrong?

Yeah - surprised to not see anything from De Molen. They might still add some.
Great list though - bring it on !
