Just crank down the thermostat to like 62, and that beer will sound perfect

Anybody know if southern tier is going to release a rum barrel aged pumking this year? Didnt see one on their website. That beer was amazing last year.

Not even C-19 could stop this from happening. Spring Ales in late January, Summer Ales in late March, Fall beers late July, and Winter brews in late September. Normally driven by Sam Adams. I do like a Southern Tier Warlock on a cool late Summer night sadly. Will wait until late August to pull the trigger.

I have a great old friend that always said "aim low and you'll be pleased when you do better". Of course I always thought he was joking. He's always been a sarcastic, iconoclastic semi optimist. He has done well.

I don't know, Jim Koch was still in grade school when Genesee Bock's date of release went from March 13, 1950 to January 1 by the end of the decade in '59.

I don't like the premise of these stupid threads - so predictable every year....and yeah, mind your own business....I will respond however I wish

You folks obviously do not complain when summer beers come out in March or Christmas beers come out in September, right?
A better understand of the beer market and the forces at work - when it comes to seasonal brews, would be most helpful.....ah well, I give up.

    Uhm, yeah I do.
I'm a seasonal drinker (other than pils). These styles were developed and perfected to reflect and complement the various seasons they were available, that's why I like to drink them when they were meant to be drank.

Uhh, yeah we fucking do, We complain about seasonal creep year round. We just complain louder and more frequently about Fall beers because A; we're right the warmest time of the year, and lighter, more quaffable stuff gets pushed out to soon. And B: Pumpkin Beers fucking suck, and earn every bit of scorn and derision they get!!!!!!!!!!

I love how everyone agrees that Warlock is one of the most vile things they’ve been unfortunate enough to taste

Sierra’s Oktoberfest has made its presence known in North Carolina. The lighter weisn style this year. Quite delicious and easy drinking.

I would have thought that we could all agree that rushing to end 2020 would be in everyone’s best interest.

Do we actually know seasonal creep hasn’t just always been a thing?

As far back as I can remember Valentine’s Day products were on shelves right after New Year’s, Easter products were on the shelves right after Valentine’s Day, summer items were advertised in March, school supplies were out in July, Halloween products and candy started showing up in summer, and heck, who hasn’t heard of “Christmas in July”?
