    Lets say for the following
    Light Bodied Beers
    Medium Bodied Beers
    Heavy Bodied Beers

Just a general rule of thumb for each. I know typical is around 11 PSI for Lighter Beers, but I've heard people running RIS and Strong Ales on 5-7 psi.

I only run 6.2% - 8 % IPA's in my double tap Kegerator. I run between 5-6 PSI for all beers.

The pressure you want to set to is a function of the volumes of CO2 the beer was produced at and the temperature of the beer. This relationship is what a force carbonation chart tells you. If you run too low over time the keg will go flat, if you run it too high you will have foamy pours and over carbonated beer. Running widely varied beers on a multi tap system requires a multi regulator set up to properly address this.

    Like many things, it depends.

Temperature and resistance are key to making a determination. But if you have a direct draw system at 38F, 11 or 12 psi is about the best compromise.

If you are running a commercial venture this is like saying all of your food is cooked in an oven at 350 degrees.

    So, it depends.
