Tried a pour from the beer engines. Can't wait until they get an ale for one of them.

They did their Paleolithic Pils conditioned on lemongrass and ginger to be the second beer engine option. Solid beer experience, great flavors, but if i'm looking for pils I want it to be cold. I think i'll wait until they brew an ale for one of them to try it again.

In addition to being the other option for the beer engines, Binaural Black Lager is now available in cans to go.

Wow, thanks! I see that I'll need to head up there soon!

Unfortunately it's at the 'only one glass' driving range for me, but I've always really enjoyed the selection of cans to go.

Still, I tend to think of GG as one of my 'locals'.:sunglasses:

Things are really full speed ahead at Gentle Giant. Another new beer this week on tap and in cans. A classic (non hazy) American Pale Ale. Paleozoic. 5.7% abv.

Zwickelbier and American (West Coast style) Pale ale in the beer engines this week. Both are available in cans.

The Zwickel never made it to the beer engine, but this weekend the new Doppelbock will be an option.

Procreator Doppelbock - 8% abv. Pretty hard to beat this interpretation of the style. Strong, but balanced.

The Pale ale was tasting a bit apple-y today so it might be on its way out.
