I've hiked the German, Austrian, and Swiss Alps -- must have missed the signs directing to your bar.

Very enjoyable. Nothing quite as thirst quenching and reliable, when the Humidex hits 44 C (111 F), then a damn fine wheat beer...

On Friday, I was thrilled to find what BeerAdvocate considers the finest wheat beer in the world: Freising, Germany's 5.4% Weihenstephaner Weissbier...The 38 C Humidex (100 F; yesterday's thunderstorm cooled things off a little bit, at least) still puts the heat advisory out for McGregor, so it's the perfect time to investigate a fine wheat beer. Sundae's too exhausted to care much...but doesn't mind having the ice cold bottle nearby...
