“German” in California? I mean that’s a joke to begin with.

I'm going to assume that when the keg kicks that this guy moves about 4 feet to his left and starts on a new keg that has already been placed there by some machoistic boss. Give him a break, please!

You don't think people can move around the world? I have a lot of German transplant friends here in the Midwest.

Dunno, seems like this thread is turning a little too Xenophobic.

You’re assuming wrong, as I actually have.

Zwei doofe, ein gedanke. The actual German, or in all likelihood German speaking will get it.

It’s possible @Shanex was assuming that @chrisjws was referring to German heritage rather than citizenship/birthplace (I don’t know what is actually true or where @chrisjws is originally from)—a lot of Americans refer to themselves as German, Italian, Asian etc. even if their family has been here for generations. As a German/Danish American I personally don’t tend to do this (I refer to myself as American) but a lot of people do. It doesn’t seem especially xenophobic to me to point that out, if that’s what is happening.
    Google translate to the rescue!

You should see them filling Altbier glasses 0.25 L, or Kölsch glasses 0.2 L.

I dream of a world, someday, when chickens can cross the road without everyone questioning their motives.
