German Maltsters not Named Weyermann

    For my first lager, an Octoberfest, I accidentally ordered Weyermann Pale Ale malt instead of Pilsner malt. It was a delicious beer, but then again, it was Weyermann malt. (and further enhanced by their Munich and Vienna malts, too).

    Would that be red or white wheat?
