I remember Bison Bookbinding had some heavy presses in that building, but is that floor solid enough to support their tanks, without further reinforcement? OP knows me, and knows that I'm a cynic, a skeptic, and a general grouch, but count me among those who think that a January '16 opening is overly optimistic. Anyone who has ever done a remodel on their home knows things never go to schedule, and it's worse commercially. One example is water, drains have to cut, and new concrete poured for them. Water weighs about 8lbs per gallon, and a 10bbl tank holds about 2400 lbs of liquid. Good luck to them, and I look forward to their beer. In about June-July '16. But, I've been wrong once before, so, theoretically, it could happen again.
