Get Well Soon LIF (EU + US!)

I'm shipping out the bottle of Westvleteren 12 tomorrow to the lucky winner of my first LIF, but since I finished my exams yesterday and can finally look forward to a little vacation, I'm feeling particularly generous. This LIF has a little story attached to it.

My friend broke his collarbone a couple days ago, and successfully underwent corrective surgery for it today. Yesterday, he underwent a full medical to get the all-clear for the surgery, during which the doctors discovered he has an oversensitive liver. This has serious implications, as he probably won't be allowed to drink any alcohol for the rest of his life, or at least until his liver has sufficiently recovered. He was a recreational drinker if anything (2-3 beers over the weekend) and had an average to healthy diet, so the news that he basically has the liver of a routined alcoholic came as an incredible shock. Strange as it may seem, breaking his collarbone turned out to be a good thing in the long run. I mean honestly, how many full medicals do you get in your life? He's lucky to have learned of the problem as soon as he has.

Here's where the LIF part comes in: my friend is a talented homebrewer, despite not even being the biggest beer geek. His specialty are stouts, and since he won't be allowed to touch a drop for at least the next few years, he is donating me a significant part of his cellar stock. I want to share that wealth with the beer world, as I don't want this guy's work to have been for naught.

You can simply write the text in this thread or make it printable (definite bonus!) and send it to me through a link in a Beer Mail. I will be leaving for a week on September 8th and I'll meet the guy and collect the beer on the day of my return, which is September 15th.

So basically, whoever writes this guy the best get well soon card, gets two bottles of his homebrew. We both share a taste for dark and ironic humor, so by all means don't spare him I'm sure he won't have it any other way.
