Anyone have any experience? From a google search, I see only a few places that do deliveries. Having a party and thought getting a keg would be fun. A regular keg, even a 1/4 keg would just be too much beer.

Bedstuy beer works does - but their delivery area is very limited.

Barrier hand delivers kegs all over NYC on thursdays/fridays. If you contacted the owners they might be able to set up a home delivery. I've never heard of them doing this but i've also never heard of anyone asking. Worth a shot.

Depends where you live. I've contacted Sixpoint directly and they quoted me a price (plus deposit).

You can also get kegs through Sunset Park Beer Distributors on 3rd ave and 38th st - they are the sister store to Bed Stuy Beer Works.

Sweet - I live in Midtown in between Ginger Man and Rattle N Hum so they'd have to be in my hood sometime.. I sent an email to Other Half to see if they do direct sales... will have to hit Sixpoint and Barrier next. Thanks!

FYI, I will probably order from Triboro Beverage. They seem to have a solid rep and selection and prices.

Also, Barrier doesn't do private deliveries. Other Half never responded to my inquiry.

    check out

They do deliveries to our office and are sometimes able to track down decent kegs.
other half I believe is only delivering to bar/restaurant accounts right now since they do it all themselves, but they may be able to do keg sales at the brewery if you are there at the right time.

I always get my kegs from Triboro - can't go wrong.
