Battlefield Brew Works - never been there, but have had their beers at local brewfests. I know people who have gone to the brewery and said it's a cool experience. Also, Appalachian Brewing Company. Their beers aren't that great, but was at the one in Harrisburg last night. If they have the Espresso Stout and Cherry Porter, try them. I was impressed. Also, Hoppy Trails (IPA) and Outta Focus (DIPA) are their two best flagship beers.
Been to Troegs so many times, it feels like CHEERS, they know our names. Something like 12 tours, considering selling the glasses back to them.
It's funny you say that. This past Friday morning, I went to get some stuff and ended up doing a tour since there were many spots open. I have off every other Friday and my fiancée works, so I am usually looking for things to do. I was planning on just doing the tour every other Friday morning when they open after doing this past one. Thought it was cool, plus they do a welcome beer now and a couple tastings instead of a few tastings throughout the tour.
