Ghandi Bot Sightings?

    Hi all, I got a wedding in VT this week and I'll be staying in CT Thurs/Fri. Was wondering if anyone has seen Ghandi Bot on the shelves in the New Haven, Waterbury, or Hartford areas. Just looking for a 4 pack to surprise the groom. Feel free to PM if you'd be kind enough to do so. Thanks and cheers!!

    Was gonna hit VT on fri for heady too but the Coop just switched to Thursday deliveries starting tomorrow lol. Glad I planned this trip two months ago. Gonna have to shuffle the cards and figure a better plan now.

    Hit stores last week. Haven't been shopping since Friday. As of then Wines Unlimited in Stratford had almost a case left. I would try calling them and seeing if they will potentially hold it for you if they have any left. They seem to not move craft as much as other stores in the area so you may have good luck there.

    Heady I imagine will be tougher than normal to get since everyone is back in the area for college! You'll find some for sure tho

    How much does a 4-pack of gandhibot run? Trading with someone for some heady I have and was wondering how close the $$ was.

    Usually see it for around $12.

    It went out in Fairfield county last week. It usually goes quick, but some stores may still have some.

    Wish I could point you in the direction of a honey-hole that still has some, but most of the Gandhi delivered in the FFLD County area went quickly.

    That being said, I believe the distributor got in some hot water for allocating higher case amounts to NEBCO's better accounts, and the State has told them they have to distribute each batch evenly. I'd guess that some of the slower moving stores might still have some around. Good luck!

    Gandhi. Not Ghandi. Why is it so difficult to spell the beer name and the historical dude correctly? Not directed at just you, OP, it's an epidemic. :slight_smile:

    I know, pointing out incorrect spelling is ridiculous. But, really, he was kinda huge for history.

    Hope you find some! As someone else said, best bet is growler at brewery, unless someone has an in at liquor store.

    Wines Unlimted has them but he only allowed me 1 4PK not sure if its because he knows im not a regular or hes only allowing that for all his customers. non the less he has them.
