Great beers tapped tonight. 14 prop, 15 rare, 16 coffee, 16 bcbs, etc. Missed out on the blackberry porter by a couple pours but oh well. First time attending and would definitely do it again. Wish I could do it again tomorrow.

Had a great time last night! The bands killed it. The crowd was a different story. Place was 2x crazier than last year. The line for the taps inside was nuts. After getting 3 pours of the prop 14 that was it for me in that line.

Line was long but moved fairly quickly.
    Prop 14
    Multiple pours of rare
    Bcs ferment (kinda gross)
Bcs aged in port with raspberries
    Bcs blackberries
    Bcs coffee
    12oz pours of Halia
    ALL were $3 each!
    Record Company nailed it.
    Great time but hurting today.

So much BCS goodness! I wish they would make the regular available year round. Save the variants for Black Friday. It's just so damn good even in 95 degree weather.

I saw Goose Islands posts from Friday night and I'm not a huge fan of large crowds so I decided against it. I'm glad people enjoyed. Maybe next year.

Good times. Only dealt with that silly taproom line once and got Prop14 and CR. Bands were great so settled for those and $3 Halia and Gillian's all night is still a win win

I didn't think the taproom line was bad at all, the longest I had to wait was like 5 minutes for 14 Prop. Got to try 2011 blackberry, 2014 prop, raspberry port and wheatwine. 14 prop is still so killer, one of the best all time BCS.

    Blackberry was killer.
16 Coffee was also nice. Didnt want to have to do the fernet.

Event when the line was doubled back all the way to the corner it was still maybe 15 min max. moved pretty quick.

What band turned out to be the special guest?

Haha funny story, it was some rapper named Vic Mensa.

He came out an midway through his first song the audio blew out. He went back and they spent like 15 minutes try to fix it. He came back out and did one song and the audio blew out again. I guess that was it.

The crowd actually wasn't too bad Friday night. The taproom line was long but moved quickly. I got sips of '14 Prop and '16 Koval from the guys in front of me. Chatted with the guy behind me for the 15 min. it took to reach the front. That was literally the only wait I had all night. Everyone I talked to was cool, the bands were killer, and 12oz pours of the sour sisters took the edge off the heat. Great time and I'll definitely be back next year.

Showed up later and Saturday when it was at capacity, but made friends and finagled my way to the front of the line.

The BCS line was much shorter on Saturday evening than Friday. There was no line. It was basically all the prop, coffee, and rare you could hold.

    Animal Collective was fucking killer.

Can't wait till next year. Everyone hates on AB, and I get it, but when you give a well run company full of cool people a giant budget, they can do some great things.
