GI Rare for Rarer sours

    I have seen lots of ISO for Rare but wondering if it can fetch things such as Duck Duck Gooze, Cable Car, Cable Car Kriek or Isabelle Proximus. I am sure Rare was much more attainable as it hit national distribution but just curious if these are anywhere close in value.

    There's an awesome site www.brewdex.com that shows everyone the objective definitive values of all mega-whales. I always consult it before I part with my massive cetacean gems. That way you can make sure you are maximizing your trade and not get RIPPED OFF BY A NOOB WHO WANTS A CABLE CAR KREEK!

    Someone offered me 3 Depurations for my Le Bleu and I was liek "pscheah right, that's only a 35 on the Brewdex scale, better make it a half case of Depurations, 2012 JOIN DATE."

    The other thing is, if they have these "rare" American wilds, they probably have already had Rare. They'll most likely be looking for lambic (unless they're one of those doofuses in CA who buy cases of brewery-only AWAs for trading because "they don't like sour beer").

    Fair enough, but it seems like CA gets a lot of hate for some damn reason, which is annoying to me. As far as I can tell this place is no worse than anywhere else.

    I think it's just because more of the beer nerd population is there than any other state so by numbers, they will have more assholes than any other region.

    I've been known to throw some CA hate out but it's all tongue in cheek and meant to get reactions from insecure people.
