How exactly does that work? Can distributors sell beers without state approval? I know in NH each label requires approval so I can't imagine a scenario where something was shipped in and accidentally sold.
This is a legit drop. All registered. It was a long time in setting up. It is not so much as weird glitch as it is a little out of the ordinary distro model.
