Girardin Dominicus faro

    And interesting forum on far in the 'beer talk' section reminded me that I have a bottle with 4-5 years on it in the cellar. I didn't intend to lay it down for the long term, but so it goes... I'm not sure if it will take age anything like even a straight lambic, as historically faro isn't made to sit around. Any experience out there with a faro, even a more traditional one? Any guesswork is welcome, and I'll report back, eventually.

    In case anyone ever searches the archives: never mind. Move along, nothing to see here... It didn't work out. Let this be a lesson to all you kids out there...
