    Unless it's on sale most of my go to beers are $8.49/8.99 in NJ. !2 packs can be had for $14.99/15.99. That's before the 7% sales tax is added.

    In college 1-2 years ago, I remember at 1 store where I could get Redhook ESB for just under 6 bucks a sixer. It was my go to tailgate beer.

    Not much here. $8.59 for Sea Hag was nice until the distributor caught on. Some of the newer offerings from Otter Creek have been nice for under $10.

    Probably nothing new to add here, but for price performing six packs I'll always opt for SN, Lagunitas, or Victory.

    The question should have been specified to include only "nationally distributed brands". Otherwise I'll be scrolling through 4 pages of answers that include brews that I've never heard of or aren't available in my area....wait, just did that. Seems like the consensus is SN. I would agree with that; they are my go-to when I can't make up my mind.

    Deschutes for $9. It gets no cheaper in Alaska, except when it is on sale for $8.

    I would love to buy a 6pk for under 8 dollars but i have never seen one here.

    luckily I went to south carolina recently and bought plenty of good ones for 9.99 each there

    Well... That pretty much covers about 95% of my beer buying. Makes me (and my wallet) as happy as a pig in shit. :grinning:
