Go To in my opinion means something you can drink everyday that doesn't break the bank and I can always enjoy without getting tired of it, so with that in mind these are my go to's....

As you can probably tell from my avatar, I buy Victory at sea by the case. Oasis Texas Brewing Co. Metamodern session IPA. Best session IPA I've ever had.

Goose Island IPA pounder cans, or Dales Pale Ale. Can't be either for the price by the case. And sometimes I'll go with a macro brew too!

There are several. Always have New Belgium Ranger, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Breckenridge Vanilla Porter, Youngs Double Chocolate Stout, Sierra Nevada BigFoot( usually 3 different years), Ommegang 3 Philosophers, North Coast Bro T. and Old Rasputin. Usually have a few FW special releases, a few Lost Abbys, a few Boulevard Smokestack Series, usually several different Founders. The rest of the space is take up with new stuff. Oh Yead, Bud Light for my friends that don't like what we do! All in all, about half my fridge is old favorites and half is new stuff.
