It's usually a seasonal thing, but now that Pseudo Sue is easier to come by, and Surly Furious is available in Wisco those 2 will be spending a lot of time in my fridge.

Haha, if "go-to" meant a beer I drank every day, then yes I imagine I would be. I'd also be broke, wifeless, jobless, and perpetually drunk. Most likely in reverse order.

Thankfully, my definition of "go-to beer" is something I like to have on hand and might go through a 4- or 6-pack in a month or two. Maybe that's different from how most people would define go-to but I like variety (it's one of my favorite things about beer!) and thus have several favorites. I can't remember the last time I had two of the same beer in the same day and have no problem going from an IPA to a stout to a Scotch ale over the course of an afternoon and evening.

That's about how I would describe it, too. A beer I almost always have on hand, and I'll have one, maybe two a week on average, depending on what else I have going on / available. I'll almost always have something I've not tried before in the fridge, too.

Jack's Abby Hoponius Union. I love how they now sell the mixed 12 pack so get to have 3 other great Jack's Abby beers. They don't disappoint.

Betty IPA, Kellerweis, or Fresh Squeezed. Currently have the two latter in my beer fridge at the moment along with a few bombers.

I am in general a seasonal drinker, but the one beer I can have at any time and do, is Stone Arrogant Bastard.

Hop Hunter, DirtWolf, and Ruination 2.0. But, working at a growler station, anything I have on tap is my go-to.

It may seem like an old grandpa......but an old grandpa that was a WW2 fighter pilot ace! Just an wonderful beer that has been around a while and can still put these new youngsters to shame!
Arrogant Bastard was my introduction to fine beer, and I find that it can still hold it's own......
