You are amazing. I'm digging the beefed up Harvest, bomb. Highlight of my last 2 days off, I can't get over the vanilla bean aroma. Crazy. Best batch I've had in years.
Just picked up my 4 pack. Praying there isn't a vanilla bean aroma and that OP is just ******ed ("harvest bomb")
Ive drank that beer every fall for 6-7 years & I've never noticed vanilla bean in any ipa. The phrase "bomb" expressed my excitement, and that they increased the abv from 6.5 to 7.6.
Vanilla bean......... I am not sure what to do with this comment. I have drank this a number of years too but even if I combined all the Harvest Ale I have ever drank into one singular sitting, I am not sure I could ever drink enough to be convinced of a vanilla aroma. I simply do not see it.
Had it on draft last night at a Founders tap takeover. The Harvest ale went as fast as the KBS. Both where fantastic but the Harvest was so much better than I remember. Will definitely grab a case of it this year. Cheers!
