Hey everyone. I will be traveling through Waterbury on a Wednesday hoping to pick up some heady along the way. I was wondering if there was a chance at picking up Sip as well? I guess what I am asking, Is there a way I can ensure getting myself some sip and or second fiddle as well as the heady? I don't necessarily want a full case of heady either. Thanks for any help!

I was just in Waterbury last Wednesday and got 4-5 4-packs of each (Heady & Sip) without any issue. You can't get a case of Heady based on limits though, just FYI, and I don't think Second Fiddle gets to Waterbury though I may be wrong.

On the way into town (on 100A) is Sunflower Natural Foods Market, they'll have Sip (probably) without any limits.

Once in town, Heady & Sip can typically be found at 3 spots: Crossroads Beverage & Deli (basically the packaged goods store adjacent to the Citgo station at the roundabout - limit 2-4 packs of each beer), Craft Beer Cellars (right downtown across the street from Pro Pig Brewery - limit 1 4-pack of each beer), and Village Market (grocery store a few blocks down toward the train station - only Heady that I saw, 2 4-pack limit). I hit all 4 stores between 12:30-1:00pm and it seemed as if they had all just received their deliveries.

    Happy hunting!

Thank you for the input! I was worried about how fast it sells because I wont be able to make it out until a little after 11. Its good to know that wont be a problem. Do they normally receive the shipment before or after opening?

that I don't know. the beer was still cold so it couldn't have come much before noon at the earliest is my best guess

I was in Waterbury a few weeks back. Heady delivery guy showed up to Village Market right around 9:00 am. Looked like he put out about 4-5 cases. I was first one to get two 4 packs, not sure if he put out more or how long it lasted, but there were a few others right behind me getting the 4 pack limits too. Craft Beer Cellar guys told me their Heady usually is delivered a little after lunch on Weds. Don't know details on Crossroads Beverage and/or if Sip still around, think it usually hits Waterbury on Tuesdays.
